Treaty of Heinlein

At the end of the Worlds War, the armistice known as The Treaty of Heinlein ended the hostilities of the War and created the Martian Colonial Authority. In addition, the treaty ceded additional authority to the Space Elevator Authority and limited the extent of U.S. federal authority in New Angeles affairs.
