The Old War Memorial

The Old War Memorial is in uptown New Angeles, but is quite a seedy place, as the open, oft-univisted space is a good place for homeless people to sleep. It is not clear if it is a memorial for the Martian War or an earlier conflict. Louis Blaine took his wife there once on an early date in their courtship, and it became significant to them. Since it is so isolated, it is a good place to meet an informant.
