Jimmy the Snitch (not his real name) is a homeless person living on the streets of New Angeles. His unassuming appearance and ubiquitous street presence leads him to uncover a great deal of information on criminal actions, information he is happy to pass onto agents of the New Angeles Police Department. He can sometimes be found at Tony's Flophouse, The Old War Memorial or hanging around Memories of Green.
